KESLER
Kesler Pollard is a man with a mission: to make organizing easy for homeowners in Charlotte. His journey to co-founding Garage Champs all started with his wife, Megan. She has a passion for organization and a deep desire to create a home that is beautiful and functional at the same time. But when they decided to renovate their bathrooms a few years after they moved into their first home, they ran into a problem. The contractors they hired were unreliable and untrustworthy, leaving Kesler and Megan frustrated.
That's when Kesler had a realization: he could do better. He knew that homeowners deserved a contracting company that they could trust, one that would put their needs first and deliver exceptional service every time. With Megan's support and the help of his business partners, Bill and Jeremy, he decided to create that company himself.
When Kesler, Bill and Jeremy decided to team up, they knew that adhering to their core values of honesty, integrity and reliability would create a company that would truly make a difference in people's lives. And so Garage Champs was born.
BILL
Born in Raleigh and an alumnus of NC State, Bill Allen has spent most of his career in small business. While Bill was running one of Raleigh's favorite family-owned golf courses, he and Kesler formed a years-long working relationship built on trust and integrity. After they were done bringing joy to thousands of the Triangle's golfers, they decided to go into business together, bringing Garage Champs to both Raleigh and Charlotte.
As co-founder and "Chief Happiness Officer" of Garage Champs, Bill's commitment to honesty, integrity, and reliability above all else shines in every interaction with our customers. These principles form the foundation of the Garage Champs way.
Bill is also a family man. Raising his two daughters, Brynlee and Amelia Cate, alongside his wife Brooke, gives Bill a valuable perspective on how beneficial a clean and organized garage can be. Bill is a master at creating garage designs that are both beautiful and functional for the needs of busy families. If you need to figure out how to organize and store bikes, toys, sports equipment, and holiday decorations, Bill is the man for the job!

JEREMY
While Bill and Kesler were forming the foundation of what would eventually become Garage Champs, they knew they needed another partner who could bring their ideas to life. Jeremy Allen is that partner. With more than 15 years of experience as a licensed general contractor in North Carolina, there isn't a construction problem that Jeremy can't solve.
Jeremy has vast experience in all facets of residential construction, working on hundreds of projects across the Raleigh-Durham area. His practical approach to design and his exhaustive commitment to detail guarantee that every Garage Champs customer will have a functional garage that lasts a lifetime.
Outside of work, Jeremy cherishes his role as a loving husband to his wife Amanda and a proud father to their four wonderful children.
